UFLA Proficiency Test No Longer Available

As of April 15, 2019, the Utah State Board of Education will only be accepting the ACTFL Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) or the Oral Proficiency Interview by Computer (OPIc) as evidence of language proficiency for licensure. UFLA is not able to facilitate the OPI or OPIc; please conatact your administrator or the State Board of Education for more information.
